Study Endpoints

Primary Endpoint

• Mean change from baseline in DBP during the last 6 hours of the dosing interval using ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM)

Secondary Endpoint

• Mean change from baseline in SBP during the last 6 hours of the dosing interval using ABPM
• Changes from baseline in the 24-hour mean SBP and DBP using ABPM
• Response rates
