The Journal on Renin Angiotensin System in Cardiovascular Medicine is a journal with the main focus on hypertension – the most common cardiovascular condition. It is a risk factor for the development of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. A significant number of patients with hypertension also suffer from LVH, diabetes, and other conditions. In both hypertension and in other metabolic syndrome conditions, the Renin Angiotensin System (RAS) plays an important role.
